Two years before serving as President of Commercial Development Company, Gary was President of Oceanside Development Associates. From the early nineties to 2003 Gary Richetelli was a Principal at Guardian Management Company. He gained most of his early real estate and finance experience while acting as President of Colonial Properties between 1978 and 1993.
Education and Community Involvement
As a longtime member of the Connecticut community, Gary Richetelli has deep roots in the area. He stayed local for his undergraduate and graduate education. He earned his undergrad degree in Business Administration at the University of Bridgeport before deciding to hone his business acumen further at the University of New Haven. At UNH, Gary Richetelli obtained his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
Gary Richetelli is an established member of the Connecticut business and real estate community, but he is also engaged with his community in other ways. Gary is a long time member of the Amity Club, the National Italian Club, the Chamber of Commerce of Orange, Milford, and West Haven, Connecticut. Gary is also an active member of the Walter Camp Football Foundation.
